jeez april already?

hooba here


seems like just yesterday i logged on but alas there are some new hoops to jump thru. being short on the technology side of cooking i guess i was just short of simmering. we opened on friday the 13th and lo and behold the crowd was nothing short of awesome. i left no stone unturned in my quest to deliver. the fish tacos and the burgers seemed to be the cats meow. the pickled onions were the shit but the pickles per se were a bit understated. nobody seemed to mind that we were a bit short of staff and as luck would have it my friend joe jumped in to help and we were saved. we had but one small child and no high chairs but they were warned. nobody seemed to mind the lack of ranch dressing so we shall persevere. we might one day have a ranch dressing night but you will have to bring your own. i'm thinking liver loaf and the aforementioned dressing with crackers. throw the crackers and dressing away and enjoy the organ meat.
